Refund Policy

Consultation bookings require time, preparation, and scheduling. Once a session is booked, time is reserved for the conversation and any necessary preparation.

Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing, no-shows, rescheduling, and whether the consultation has already taken place.

A full refund may be available if the consultation is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

No refund is available for no-shows. No refund is available after a consultation has been completed.

Rescheduling may be allowed once, subject to availability, when requested before the scheduled consultation time.

Additional rescheduling requests may be reviewed case by case, but are not guaranteed.

If MonkModern cancels or cannot conduct the session, the client may choose either a refund or a rescheduled consultation.

Any refund or reschedule will be handled calmly and directly through the contact details provided during booking.
