Terms of Conversation

Guidance-Based Conversation

A MonkModern consultation is guidance-based and reflective. It is not a guarantee of a specific decision, outcome, relationship result, career result, financial result, or life change.

The conversation may include reflective questions, life-navigation frameworks, relationship clarity, career clarity, decision-making support, and personal insight work.

Client Responsibility

The client should provide honest and accurate information so the conversation can remain useful and grounded.

The client remains responsible for decisions, actions, and consequences that follow the session.

Scope and Boundaries

MonkModern may refuse, pause, or stop a consultation if the request is unsafe, abusive, outside scope, or requires qualified professional intervention.

MonkModern consultations are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, or emergency support.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality is respected. Personal details shared during a consultation are treated with care.

Confidentiality is not absolute in cases involving harm, abuse, legal risk, safety concerns, or situations where professional or emergency intervention may be necessary.

Payment, Scheduling, and Changes

Payment, scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling rules should be followed as communicated during booking.

Rescheduling may be subject to availability. Cancellation, no-show, and refund eligibility are handled according to the consultation refund policy.
